The journey started in 2015, when she embarked onto Polestar Pilates to retrain as an instructor. In search for a more in-depth understanding of the human body, she met Karen Gurtner, in London, Anatomy Trains in Movement, which explains integral anatomy of the myofascial meridians through body-minded movement application. It inspired her to further her understanding in Slings Myofascial Training to hone into the body’s self-healing powers, building resilience, stimulating myofascial tone, force transmission and ease of movement, enhancing our ability to sense the signals within the body.
Under Anatomy Trains, she completed the Anatomy Trains in Function and Structural Balance plus the 6 Structure Essential modules with a view to complete the Structural Bodywork Certification in 2019.
